Qualifications

Business Direct Sales Manager
Responsibility
- Leading, coaching, and managing an office based business sales & service team
- Developing & implementing plans to drive  growth across the portfolio
- Driving continuous improvement in the customer experience whilst achieving set targets
- Developing sustainable business opportunities & implementing campaigns to drive growth across green, carbon, & efficiency products
Qualifications
- An ability in initiating and leading change in a dynamic environment
- Highly developed leadership, team building, negotiation, communication, and IR skills
- Identify and contribute to managing cost drivers, operational effectiveness and budget control to improve margins
- The ability to manage and lead a B2B sales & service team to achieve & exceed targets
- A well developed understanding of customer needs and buying behaviours

- International trade all in English,fluent spoke English.
- Outgoing, good at communication
- 2 years of PV industry sales experience or 3 years sales experience in large enterprises.
- Bachelor degree or above,
- Deep understanding of the work; have good ability to open up the market;
- Practiced in use office software.
 
International Sales (German)
Responsibility
